キャンセルポリシー
ご予約キャンセルについてのお願い
当院は完全予約制で診療を行っております。
直前のキャンセルや無断キャンセルがあると、そのキャンセルされた時間に受診を希望される患者様もご案内できなくなってしまいます。
現在、予約が取りにくい状況となっております。
患者様が受診を希望された日時に予約が取りにくい状況を少しでも改善するために、以下の点にご協力をお願いいたします。
ご予約の変更・キャンセルについて
ご予約の変更・キャンセルは原則として3日前までにご連絡ください。
急な体調不良など、やむを得ない事情がある場合はご相談ください。
無断キャンセルや直前キャンセルはご遠慮ください。
15分以上遅刻の場合、当日の診療内容によってはキャンセル扱い、または治療内容の変更をお願いする場合があります。
※ 現在、キャンセル料はいただいておりません。
しかし、1年以内に2回以上の直前キャンセルがあった場合、次回以降は通常の予約枠ではなく、原則として待ち時間が発生する『急患枠』でのご案内となります。

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our clinic provides care by appointment only.
As appointment availability is currently limited, last-minute cancellations or cancellations without prior notice may prevent other patients from receiving care at that time.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Regarding Appointment Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we would appreciate it if you could notify us at least three days in advance, whenever possible.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as sudden illness, please feel free to contact us as soon as you are able.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in avoiding last-minute cancellations.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the planned treatment, depending on the day’s schedule.
*At present, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
However, if there are two or more last-minute cancellations within a one-year period, future appointments may be arranged in flexible or standby time slots, which may involve some waiting time.
